Sylvia Lenore Watson

Sylvia is Of Counsel with Stevenson Legal Group, LLC. She is an Indiana attorney, real estate broker, and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) with more than 20 years of experience advising individuals, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and governmental entities. Sylvia received a Bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and her law degree from IU Robert H. McKinney School of law. She is admitted to practice in Indiana.

Drawing on decades of experience in transactional law, government, compliance, intellectual property, and risk management, Sylvia provides practical legal counsel designed to help clients protect what matters most. Her practice focuses on real estate, estate planning, business and brand protection, and municipal law, with an emphasis on proactive planning, strategic problem-solving, and long-term success.

Since becoming a licensed real estate broker in 2016, Sylvia has also helped buyers, sellers, and property owners navigate residential real estate transactions throughout Central Indiana, combining legal knowledge with real estate expertise to provide comprehensive guidance from contract to closing.
