On March 3, 2021, Partner Howard Stevenson was elected President of the Fishers Plan Commission becoming the first African American to hold the position. Howard said, “I want to thank my colleagues on the board for the confidence they have in me. I also want to thank my predecessor, the late great Warren Harling. There’s no way, I can fill Warren’s shoes, but I’ll walk the path he paved to make our great city even better.”

The firms celebrates 15 years!!
Time sure does fly! On April 14, 2005, our firm was founded by these 3 partners: Gerald Coleman, Clayton Graham, and Howard Stevenson. Gerald and Clayton are now judges and Howard has continued with the firm. During the first 15 years, the firm has employed 20 attorneys, 10 support staff (and 4 interns who went on to law school). We have worked on some of the biggest state projects like the Lucas Oil Stadium Project and the expansion of the Indiana Convention Center, IndyGo’s Red Line and Purple Line projects and their Julia Carson Transit Center, work for Eskenazi Hospital, State of Indiana, City of Indianapolis, Indiana University, Eastern Star Church, National Gospel Recording Artists, Vectren Energy, Citizens Gas and many other corporate clients, colleges, churches, small businesses, and individuals clients. We can’t wait to see what the firm will do in the next 15 years.
